Flexible MTB Front Rear Mudguard Kit

This 2-piece mountain bike mudguard kit consists of one front and one rear fender, each sized 280 × 265 mm and weighing just 25 g total. Constructed from flexible polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic resin, the material offers excellent bend resilience and impact resistance without brittleness. Compatible with Enduro, All-Mountain, Downhill, and Freeride bikes, the set includes six nylon zip ties for mounting. The front fender installs across the fork crown or fork bridge using four pre-drilled holes secured with zip ties; the rear fender mounts across both rear fork legs and the frame bridge using four attachment points — two on the fork legs and two on the frame — for balanced load distribution and reduced vibration. Installation is optimised for precision: all ties are initially finger-tightened, position is adjusted dynamically (e.g. with wheel rotation or light suspension compression), then final tension is applied to lock alignment and prevent slippage during hard riding.
