FK12 FF12 High Rigidity Screw Support

High-rigidity FK12/FF12 support assembly for 1605 ball screws used in industrial machine tools. Carbon steel construction with blackened surface ensures mechanical consistency and resistance to workshop abrasives. Bearings pre-filled with lithium soap grease and sealed with compression-fit gaskets for reliable long-term performance. FK12 is mounted on the driven (fixed) end using lock nut, cushion block and inner hex bolts; FF12 is installed on the non-driven (floating) end using a stop ring and bearing block housing. Both units are dimensionally matched to minimise runout and ensure coaxial alignment. Suitable for vertical, horizontal and inclined mounting orientations where vibration damping and load stability are essential.
