The FK12/FF12 ball screw support unit consists of two matched components: an FK-type fixed-side block and an FF-type floating-side block, both constructed from carbon steel and treated with a durable black oxide finish. Bearings are pre-filled with lithium soap grease and protected by a specialised sealing gasket to ensure long-term operational integrity. The FK block installs directly onto the ball screw’s fixed end using a lock nut, cushion block, and inner hex bolts; the FF block mounts on the opposite end via a stop ring clamped onto the screw shaft. Designed exclusively for 1605 ball screws, this support set delivers high rigidity, rotational stability, and consistent preload control — essential for precision linear motion applications in European-made machine tools and automation kits.
