Precision-engineered FK12 fixed-side and FF12 floating-side support unit for ball screws with 1605 thread specification. Constructed from carbon steel with blackened surface finish for corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. Each unit pre-greased with lithium soap grease and sealed with a dedicated gasket for long-term maintenance-free operation. FK12 side features lock-nut tightening with cushion block and inner hex bolts; FF12 side uses stop ring fixation within the bearing block. Compact design enables direct installation without additional machining or alignment adjustments. Ideal for CNC machine tools, milling machines, and precision linear motion systems requiring high rigidity and rotational stability.
