FK10 FF10 Ball Screw Bearing Set

A matched pair of FK10 and FF10 ball screw end supports designed for SFU1204 lead screws. Constructed from carbon steel with black oxide surface treatment for improved durability and precision retention. Each unit features a pre-installed bearing pre-lubricated with lithium soap grease and sealed with a custom gasket to ensure long-term contamination resistance. The FK10 block mounts on the fixed end using a lock nut, cushion block and inner hex bolts; the FF10 block installs on the floating end via a retaining ring that clamps the bearing onto the shaft before insertion into the housing. This arrangement guarantees high rigidity, minimal backlash and stable rotational performance essential for accurate CNC motion control.
