Fireproof Ceramic Fibre Blanket 10mm

High-purity ceramic fibre insulation board with integrated single-sided aluminium foil. Thickness: 10 mm. Sheet size: 1000 mm × 610 mm (40 in × 24 in). Approximate weight: 700 g. Thermal conductivity: 0.045 W/m·K. Fire classification: EN 13501-1 Class A1 (non-combustible). Temperature capability: 950–1400°C continuous use. Aluminium foil enhances surface durability and offers auxiliary waterproofing and radiant heat reflection up to ~200°C. Ideal for applications requiring certified passive fire protection and long-term thermal stability — including furnace linings, kiln doors, exhaust duct wraps, and ceramic setter plates. The fine-fibre structure allows clean cutting with standard tools and conforms well to curved or irregular surfaces without spring-back. Manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances — flat, rigid enough for vertical mounting yet flexible enough for gentle contouring. No binder migration or dust-off under normal handling when installed correctly with recommended PPE.
