Fibre Laser Coloured Transfer Paper

A purpose-built A4-sized transfer paper engineered for fibre laser systems operating at 1064 nm wavelength. Its proprietary thermal-reactive coating enables vivid, permanent colour marking directly onto bare or anodised metal surfaces including stainless steel, aluminium and brass. Weighing approximately 120 gsm, the paper offers rigidity for precise feeding and minimal curl during laser processing. The coating responds selectively to laser pulse energy — developing stable pigments without substrate damage or surface oxidation. Designed for consistent performance across varying power settings and scan speeds, it supports both static marking and high-speed galvo engraving. Suitable for industrial part identification, bespoke jewellery engraving, tooling labelling and maker-space metal personalisation where clarity, contrast and permanence are essential.
