SUPPORTS – FIXINGS STRENGTHENING CRACKING HINGES OF THE UPPER REAR DOOR DO: - CITROEN JUMPER II / FIAT DUCATO III / PEUGEOT BOXER II (2006-2017) NEW, INDESTRUCTIBLE!!! PROBLEM: CRACKING HINGES? SOLUTION: OUR INDESTRUCTIBLE REINFORCEMENT / BRACKETS!!! Our repair kit consisting of 2pcs (left + right) rear door hinge reinforcements/supports (upper). Due to the design defects of the rear door and its frequent opening and closing (this is, after all, a van), the door is often damaged - in the place of hinge fixings. The door works very hard in the places where the hinges are joined, as a result of which the sheet metal begins to crack!!! Thanks to our brackets - you will stiffen the entire hinged structure so that the problem does not happen again!!! They can also be used in newer cars (where the sheet metal does not break yet) to prevent later problems... Brackets should be mounted between the body sheet and the hinge mounted on 2 screws. SUPPORTS CAN BE EASILY INSTALLED IN TWO WAYS: - By fixing / sticking the brackets za using glue do glass (if you do not want to drill holes in the body), the sheet metal surfaces should then be cleaned and degreased. - Attaching the brackets do of a specific place in the door (which is served by the profile of the brackets and mounting holes placed in them) and drilling ten holes with a diameter of 5mm into the door arm. After drilling the holes, lubricate the bodies with silicone on connecting the sheet metal with the bracket and then rivets with a diameter of 5mm rivet the brackets. Once the brackets are attached, you just need to adjust the hinges and rear door stops and YOU'RE DONE!!! The whole assembly process is quite simple and takes max do 2h. Do assembly you will still need: - riveter, - drill, - 5mm drill, - set of keys, - silicone, - 20 pcs (diameter 5mm.nitów), - possibly glue do glass.
