This calf stretcher wedge is made from lightweight yet durable EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) material, offering excellent resilience and long-term shape retention. It measures approximately 30 cm in length, 15 cm in width, and has a tapered height of 2.5 cm at the front rising to 7.5 cm at the rear — ideal for progressive calf and Achilles stretching. Designed specifically for controlled ankle dorsiflexion and knee flexion mobilisation, it supports safe, self-guided leg flexibility training without external assistance.
