Enclosure Hygrostat 65% RH DIN Rail Type

The MFR012 is a purpose-built electromechanical hygrostat for automatic heater control in industrial enclosures. It triggers heater activation precisely at 65% relative humidity to suppress condensation and associated corrosion risks. Dimensions: 67 × 50 × 38 mm. Casing is light grey UL94 V-0 plastic with IP20 protection. Mounting is via built-in 35 mm DIN rail clip (EN 50022). Operational range: 0–60°C (32–140°F); storage: −20–80°C (−4–176°F). Terminal block is 3-pole, compatible with rigid wire ≤2.5 mm² or stranded wire ≤1.5 mm² (ferrule required), with max. clamping torque of 0.5 Nm. Features a change-over contact rated for 100,000 cycles, with switching capacity from 20 V AC/DC / 100 mA to 250 V AC / 5 A (resistive) or 1 A (inductive), and 20 W DC. Switching hysteresis is 4% RH (±3% tolerance); air velocity tolerance is 15 m/s. EMC certified to EN 55014-1-2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3.
