Electromechanical Hygrostat 65% RH DIN Rail

This electromechanical hygrostat (model MFR012) measures and controls relative humidity with a fixed switching point at 65% RH to prevent condensation and corrosion in enclosures. Dimensions: 67 x 50 x 38 mm; weight approx. 120 g (typical for housing size). Housing is UL94 V-0 rated plastic with IP20 protection, suitable for indoor control cabinet use. Mounts securely on standard 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022). Operating temperature range: 0°C to +60°C; storage range: −20°C to +80°C. Terminal block accepts rigid wire up to 2.5 mm² or stranded wire up to 1.5 mm² with ferrule; max clamping torque 0.5 Nm. Switching contact is change-over type, rated for 100,000 cycles, with electrical capacity from 20V AC/DC, 100mA up to 250V AC, 5A (or 1A DC, 20W). Switch differential is 4% RH (±3% tolerance), and it tolerates air velocities up to 15 m/s. Compliant with EN 55014-1, EN 55014-2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3 EMC standards. Designed specifically for integration with fan heaters and enclosure heating systems.
