EDG-Ready 35mm Z-Axis Sensor

This Z-axis sensor is manufactured from high-grade anodized aluminum alloy, measuring 3.5 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick, with a precisely machined 2.5 cm effective contact surface. It includes a 110 cm cable fitted with EDG connectors for seamless integration into standard CNC electronics setups. The crocodile clamp is designed with parallel jaw alignment and uniform surface finish to guarantee consistent tool engagement without slippage or torque transfer. Electrical isolation at the base prevents stray current paths, while the oil- and water-resistant housing ensures resilience in humid or coolant-rich environments. Its lightweight yet rigid structure supports accurate positioning and long-term mechanical reliability on both desktop and industrial-scale CNC routers and engravers.
