Easy Install Carbon Filter Bora Basic

Designed exclusively for Bora Basic BAKFS hoods, this activated carbon filter measures 29.5 cm square by 3.5 cm deep and weighs 380 g. Its construction combines granular activated carbon with a rigid, non-compressible support structure to maintain uniform airflow distribution and prevent channeling. It targets molecular-level contaminants—such as sulphur compounds from boiled eggs or burnt garlic—that standard filters miss. Installation involves simply sliding the unit into the designated slot until tactile resistance confirms secure positioning. Cleaning is tool-free: lift out, rinse gently, and air-dry flat before reuse. Built for reliability in UK kitchens where space, noise sensitivity and long-term cost-of-ownership are key decision factors.
