Supplied with 4 mounting bolts suitable for timber, brick, concrete, and plasterboard substrates. Features a wide-throat, rounded hook engineered to distribute load evenly and reduce stress concentration on straps and connectors. Compatible with all mainstream suspension, resistance, and combat training gear—including TRX-style straps, looped resistance bands, battle ropes up to 38 mm diameter, gymnastics rings, boxing focus mitts, and weighted sandbags.
