Durable PC Visor Base for SHAFT 551

Engineered for long-term reliability on SHAFT 551 helmets, this visor base set uses industrial-grade polycarbonate to resist cracking, warping and UV yellowing over time. Each base is dimensionally verified against production samples to ensure consistent fit across batches. Tolerance allowance of ±1 mm reflects realistic manufacturing variance — not a quality compromise, but an honest reflection of physical production limits. Designed for riders who prioritise functional continuity: whether replacing aged hardware, adapting helmets for dual-purpose use (commuting + weekend touring), or supporting modular gear ecosystems where interchangeability matters most.
