Durable Inline Sediment Filter 40 Mesh

Engineered for resilience in demanding water delivery environments, this inline sediment filter uses a tightly woven 40 mesh stainless steel screen to trap suspended solids before they compromise system integrity. Housed in a shatter-resistant polycarbonate cover and supported by a dimensionally stable nylon body, it accepts 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch or 1 inch BSP threaded connections. Its open architecture allows rapid access to the mesh for cleaning — no disassembly beyond unscrewing the cap. Designed for installation in suction lines of submersible pumps, feed lines to solar thermal arrays, and main supply lines to drip irrigation zones. Offers predictable flow behaviour across pressure ranges typical of UK gravity-fed and pumped domestic systems, with no internal seals or gaskets prone to degradation over time.
