Built for real-world UK riding conditions, these handlebar-end mirrors combine wide-angle optics with ruggedised plastic engineering. Dimensions: 12 cm width × 9 cm height × 6 cm depth; weight per unit: 270 g. Housing uses glass-fibre-reinforced ABS for stiffness and impact resilience. The wide-angle lens is injection-moulded with controlled convex radius and anti-glare surface texture. Rotation system features brass-insert threaded collars and silicone-damped tension control. Mounting clamp accommodates 22 mm bars with torque-limited installation (max 8 Nm). Validated for stable operation at sustained speeds up to 85 mph and in continuous rain exposure exceeding 48 hours—no delamination, fogging, or joint loosening observed.
