Durable Flow Switch for Intellichlor IC20 IC40

This replacement flow switch is engineered specifically for Pentair Intellichlor salt chlorinator systems, including models IC-15, IC-20, IC-40, and IC-60. It measures approximately the same size as original OEM units (tolerance ±1–3 cm) and is constructed from robust plastic suitable for outdoor pool environments across UK weather conditions. The unit features pre-stripped red, black/blue, white, and green wires: red and black/blue detect water flow presence; white and green monitor temperature — both functions essential for system safety and error prevention. Installation is simplified with four push-button wire connectors and includes waterproof sealing tape to ensure secure, moisture-resistant connections. An arrow marking on the housing clearly indicates correct water flow direction to avoid installation errors and false 'no flow' warnings.
