Dual-Width Cardboard Creasing Tool 1.2mm

This manual creasing tool uses a hardened metal 1.2mm scoring wheel with dual-groove geometry to produce controlled, visible indentations in foldable sheet materials. Dimensions: 14.5 cm long × 3.5 cm wide × 3 cm high; total weight approx. 180g. The handle is crafted from sustainably sourced solid wood, finished smooth but retaining natural grain for grip security. Internal ball bearings ensure the wheel rotates with minimal resistance, allowing fluid, linear motion across surfaces. Compatible with standard corrugated cardboard (single- and double-wall), thin metal sheets up to 0.3mm thickness, and closed-cell foam board. Designed for repetitive, high-accuracy scoring in packaging development, education workshops, and hobbyist model building — no electricity, no consumables, no calibration needed.
