Dual-Valve Pressure Control Replacement

Comprises 2 aluminium float valves and 10 silicone gasket caps. Dimensions per valve: ~4.5 cm × 2.8 cm; total weight: 42 g. The valves are CNC-machined for consistent wall thickness and balanced mass distribution, while gaskets are injection-moulded with tight ±0.15 mm dimensional control. When installed, the system enables accurate pressure modulation: the valve lifts to release excess steam only when pressure exceeds the design threshold, then reseals as pressure drops — a closed-loop mechanical response critical for rice, beans, and slow-cooked dishes. Compatible with 3 qt, 5 qt, 6 qt, and 8 qt versions of Duo, Duo Plus V2, Viva V2, Ultra, Smart, Nova Plus, and Duo Crisp. Incompatible with all 10 qt models due to non-interchangeable vent geometry and pressure calibration requirements.
