Dual-Surface Grooving Cutter Set

This grooving cutter set delivers simultaneous top-and-bottom surface refinement using a hardened steel body reinforced with anti-kickback and anti-gap features. It includes six interchangeable guide bearings (for 1/8", 1/4", 5/16", 7/16" groove depths) and fits all standard 1/4" shank routers. A laminated Teflon coating improves heat resistance and eases cleaning. Designed specifically for wood-based substrates: cork, chipboard, MDF, laminate, plywood, hardwood, and softwood. Strictly unsuitable for ferrous metals, sand, or any non-wood material. Always insert fully and tighten securely prior to operation to avoid breakage or shank damage.
