Dual H-Bridge 15A DC Motor Driver Module for Robotics Applications

The performance of this driver exceeds that of motor driver chips such as L298. Designed for high current and efficiency, it maximizes motor power and extends battery life. It supports high current overloads with a peak current capacity of 30A. This driver features a built-in braking function that enables quick and effective motor braking. The braking response is fast and reliable, and the function is easy to activate. The driver consists of two complete half-bridge driver chips combined with low internal resistance N-channel MOSFETs. The dual half-bridge driver chip configuration ensures stable and efficient driving, minimizing MOSFET switching losses. It uses N-channel IRF3205 MOSFETs and dedicated half-bridge driver chips with bootstrap capacitors for the high-side FETs, ensuring sufficient gate drive voltage. This allows for rapid MOSFET turn-on, improving motor acceleration response. The driver supports PWM duty cycles from 0% to 99%, delivering optimal voltage control to the motor. It enables fast motor start-up and responsive stopping.
