This set includes two identical wedge blocks, each sized 26–27 cm in length, with a low-to-high thickness range of 2.5 cm to 7.5 cm. Constructed from high-density EVA foam, they combine rigidity for stability and slight give for comfort. The surface features a fine-grain embossing pattern that enhances grip without abrasiveness. Total set weight is approximately 550–600 g. Use cases include modifying Downward-Facing Dog by elevating heels to relieve tight calves; supporting palms in standing poses to reduce hyperextension stress on wrists; or placing beneath the sit bones in seated postures to encourage pelvic tilt and reduce lumbar rounding.
