Made from high-grade ABS plastic for long-term dimensional stability and resistance to thermal expansion during repeated heating/cooling cycles. Each printhead undergoes functional validation: a test page is printed to confirm full black nozzle functionality, accurate drop placement and absence of clogs or misfires. Installation follows the original OEM procedure — no software tools, alignment sheets or service mode entry required. Designed specifically to restore consistent output quality after degradation due to age, dried ink or physical damage.
