Drill Bit Sharpening Attachment ABS Build

A purpose-built mechanical attachment for resharpening twist drill bits using an angle grinder. Made entirely from rigid ABS plastic, it features a one-piece moulded body measuring 125mm × 65mm × 40mm and weighing 180g. The guide channel precisely locates drill bits between 3mm and 13mm diameter to achieve a consistent 118° point angle during grinding. Designed for use with 115mm or 125mm angle grinders commonly found in UK garages and site vans. Compatible with high-speed steel (HSS) and carbon steel bits only. No batteries, motors, adjustments or calibration tools are required — operation relies solely on user-controlled feed rate and grinder wheel condition. Grinding wheel sold separately.
