Dimensions: 22 x 5.5 cm. Weight and balance optimised for efficient, low-effort use. Hammer head features two functional surfaces: smooth flat side for evenly flattening meat fillets (beef, pork, poultry) into thin cuts for schnitzels, wraps or escalopes; textured side for controlled tenderising to improve juiciness and texture in steaks and tougher cuts. Handle made from soft rubber for pressure absorption and secure grip — comfortable for both left- and right-handed users. Fully rounded metallic finish protects the underlying metal and resists chipping. Easy to clean with warm soapy water. Also supports culinary tasks beyond tenderising: crushing ice, loosening frozen vegetables, crumbing crab, mincing garlic, cracking nuts in shell, and crushing hard candies for baking or garnishing.
