Double-Sided Hemming Tape Heat-Activated

This iron-on hemming tape is a hot-melt mesh film designed for bonding two fabric layers without sewing. Dimensions: 10 mm width × 5 m length. Lightweight, flexible, and soft to the touch. Features excellent air permeability and high peel strength. Bonds effectively at low pressing temperatures (recommended 120–140°C), making it safe for delicate, lightweight, and stretch fabrics. Compatible with natural and synthetic textiles including cotton, polyester, rayon, and blends — ideal for hems, edges, and overlays in apparel and home textiles. Core function: Activated by standard household iron heat; no glue, no needle, no thread. The double-sided adhesive forms a durable, non-bleeding bond that remains flexible after cooling. Does not stiffen or yellow over time. Typical applications include garment hems (skirts, trousers, shirts), cuffs, waistbands, curtain hems, sheet edges, and DIY textile crafts. Always test on scrap fabric first to confirm optimal temperature and pressure settings for your specific material.
