Double Pot Chocolate Melting Set

A two-piece stainless steel double boiler set comprising a base pot and a snug-fitting upper pot. Constructed from food-grade rust-resistant stainless steel. Approximate dimensions: base pot Ø16 cm × H8 cm; upper pot Ø14 cm × H7 cm; combined height ~12 cm. Total weight ~580 g. Features an integrated ergonomic handle with silicone overmould for thermal insulation and slip resistance. Designed specifically for low-temperature, moisture-free melting tasks: chocolate (couverture or compound), butter, glazes, and delicate sauces. Indirect heat prevents thermal shock, preserving emulsion stability and smooth mouthfeel. Also functions as a warm-hold vessel for ganache, caramel, or clarified butter during service. Used across baking prep (frostings, batters), confectionery (truffles, dipped fruit), and professional-style plating.
