Overall footprint: 24 mm × 18 mm; lens aperture: Ø4.5 mm; maximum operating voltage: 3.3 V DC. ABS material tested for 500+ hours under accelerated ageing (85°C / 85% RH), showing no measurable deformation or discoloration. Weight: 7.8 g ±0.2 g. The assembly mounts via two M2.0 screws and one locating pin, matching original DL5 chassis design. Flex cable exits at 90° relative to lens plane to avoid bending strain during sled movement. Lens surface has anti-reflective coating optimised for 650 nm red laser wavelength used in DVD reading.
