Detachable Stainless Steel Cookie Press

A fully mechanical, non-electric cookie press made entirely from food-grade stainless steel. Dimensions: 18 cm total length, barrel inner diameter 2.5 cm, plunger stroke depth 12 cm. Weight: 320 g. Includes 13 pattern discs (ranging from 2.2 cm to 3.8 cm in outer diameter) and 8 icing nozzles (0.8–3.0 mm orifice sizes). All metal parts are polished to a satin finish for scratch resistance and ease of wipe-down. The handle integrates a slight forward tilt (12°) and dual-thumb rests to align wrist posture naturally—reducing strain during repetitive pressing. Suitable for chilled shortbread, soft sugar cookie doughs, and stiff royal icing; not recommended for very wet or chunky batters. Designed for UK domestic kitchens with standard sink depths and cupboard clearances.
