This steaming tray is made from food-grade polypropylene (PP), weighing approximately 588 g (20.7 oz). Its enlarged and deepened design provides significantly more vertical steaming space than the original Thermomix basket — solving the common issue of insufficient height for larger or layered ingredients. Precisely engineered to fit both Thermomix TM6 and TM5 models, it ensures secure placement and stable operation during high-temperature use. The material is heat resistant and safe for repeated steam and hot-water exposure, with no harmful substances released under normal cooking conditions. Two integrated side handles allow for safe, confident lifting — even when hot — and the smooth, non-porous surface makes cleaning effortless: fully dishwasher safe or rinsable under running water.
