Enables fast circuit turn-on and turn-off with unlimited switching cycles. Silent operation—no noise, no sparks, and no electromagnetic interference during conduction or cutoff. Longer service life compared to electromagnetic relays. Dual-MOS parallel drive design: lower on-resistance, higher current capacity, and stronger power handling. Rated operating current up to 15A at room temperature; maximum load power up to 400W—suitable for most common applications. Compatible with motors, lights, LEDs, DC motors, micro-pumps, solenoid valves, and more. Wide input voltage range: 5–36V DC—compatible with most standard devices. Clear, intuitive interface—simple to understand and highly functional. Features an emergency stop button (“STOP”). Includes reverse polarity protection—unit will not be damaged if power connections are reversed. Sleep mode: automatically turns off display after 5 minutes of inactivity; any key wakes it up. Independent parameter settings for OP, CL, and LOP—each saved automatically. All parameter settings are retained after power-down.
