A high-fidelity PWM speed controller tailored for brushed DC motors, powered by matched DC voltage input (10–55V), where supply voltage must exactly equal the motor’s rated voltage — e.g., a 48V motor demands a 48V supply. Input polarity must be observed (positive/negative correct). Continuous current handling: up to 30A; transient peak: 50A. Integrated backlit LCD presents live parameters: speed percentage (0–100%), cumulative working time, forward/reverse status, and active mode. Control inputs include capacitive touch interface (for direction toggle and inching ±) and a wireless remote. Configuration options cover slow-start/stop duration, upper/lower speed constraints, total runtime countdown with auto-stop, and discrete forward/reverse speed assignments. Two operational modes: manual (real-time adjustment) and automatic (self-timed bidirectional cycling). Mounts embedded with 98mm × 63mm cutout and connects via durable fence terminals.
