1. After the CDI is powered on, the digital display shows the ignition curve selected before the last shutdown. 2. Pressing the button cycles through ignition curve settings from 0 to 9. Setting 0 disables ignition (speed-limited to 6000 rpm), while settings 1–9 correspond to nine adjustable ignition timing curves. Setting 1 represents the stock ignition timing; settings 1–9 support unrestricted engine speed. After installation, the curve can be adjusted to suit the motorcycle engine’s requirements. 3. The selected ignition curve is retained in memory and remains displayed after power-off. 4. Ignition curve 1 corresponds to a relatively conservative (retarded) ignition timing, while curve 9 corresponds to an advanced ignition timing. Each incremental step between curves adjusts the ignition timing by approximately 1–2 degrees. 5. Select the appropriate ignition curve based on riding conditions, track type, or road surface.
