Dimensions match the D810’s body shell within ±1.2 mm tolerance — verified using digital calipers and optical alignment jigs. Weight contribution per piece ranges from 6 g (top cover) to 18 g (grip cover); total added mass is negligible for handheld balance. All pieces install via press-fit engagement along factory seams — no glue, tape, or fasteners required.
