These earplugs are custom-molded by the user using a simple heat-and-shape process: soften the thermoplastic molds in boiling water, cool briefly, then press gently into the ear canal for a precise, anatomical fit. Each pair is fully re-moldable for repeated adjustments until optimal comfort and seal are achieved. Dimensions: compact plug head with layered construction — inner soft sponge core for acoustic absorption, middle thermoplastic layer for structural integrity and mid-frequency damping, outer high-density silicone cover for full-spectrum noise isolation and skin-safe wear. Total weight per pair is lightweight for extended use.
