Two practical sizes: 40 × 30 cm (15.8 × 11.9 in) and 57 × 37 cm (22.6 × 14.7 in); crafted from premium Germany Wacker food-grade silicone, independently tested and certified to FDA and SGS standards; rated for continuous use up to 250°C. The uniform micro-perforations are not decorative — they serve a functional purpose: facilitating evaporation of surface moisture from doughs containing 60–80% water, which is essential for achieving golden, shatteringly crisp crusts on bread, baguettes, cookies and macaroons. Equally effective for cold-stage applications such as freezing shaped dough or bulk proofing, and for par-baking tart shells prior to filling. For best results, always position the mat flat on a rigid baking tray — a perforated tray further enhances air movement and heat distribution. Cleaning is low-effort: simply rinse with warm water and a soft sponge — no scrubbing, soaking or chemical cleaners required.
