Crank-Adjustable Boot Stretcher

This boot stretcher is built around a solid beech wood frame (28 cm length, 650 g weight) with stainless steel crank assembly and locking nut. It supports EU shoe sizes 35 to 46 and delivers up to 15 mm of total width expansion per side via smooth, gear-assisted rotation. The wooden rack mimics anatomical foot width and arch height to prevent upper sagging and toe box flattening — especially effective for smooth leathers and thin-suede boots. Removable pressure plugs attach directly into pre-drilled mounting points on the rack, enabling customised force distribution. Recommended for 24-hour static treatment cycles to safely relax fibres without damaging stitching or lining integrity.
