Couture Sugar Paste is a professional-quality, ready-to-roll fondant icing developed for smooth, porcelain-like finishes and sharp edges on tiered and celebration cakes. It rolls thinner than many competitor pastes without tearing or cracking, and performs reliably even in warm, humid conditions. Free from titanium dioxide (E171) and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Supplied in 1kg, with a vivid, true red that avoids the bitter aftertaste of heavily-coloured pastes.
