Cotton-Wrapped Aluminium Toe Splint

Each splint combines a malleable medical-grade aluminium core with a soft cotton outer wrap and flexible fabric base, delivering customisable support for hammer and overlapping toes. Dimensions are approximately 8.5 cm in length and 2.5 cm in width, with an average weight of 12 g per unit. The fabric is smooth, stretch-resistant, and designed to remain stable inside footwear without bunching or pinching. Ideal for continuous wear day or night, it supports gradual realignment of the second, third, and fourth toes only — excluding the hallux and fifth toe due to anatomical differences in joint structure and function. Supplied as a set of two for balanced correction or convenient replacement.
