Precision-moulded flat washers crafted from high-grade nylon plastic — not rubber — delivering hardness, minimal elasticity, low weight, excellent corrosion resistance, reliable electrical insulation, and compliance with environmental standards. Supplied in eight standard metric sizes: M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, and M10. The full set contains 500 pieces, neatly organised in a reusable transparent plastic storage box with clearly separated sections per size. Their primary function is to enlarge the contact surface between fasteners (bolts or nuts) and substrates, thereby minimising localised pressure and protecting finished surfaces from damage during tightening. Typical applications include electrical enclosures, vehicle trim assembly, generator mounting, HVAC equipment, furniture fittings, and decorative architectural hardware.
