This high-performance Faraday fabric combines 80% polyester with 20% copper-nickel metallisation to create a flexible, thin (0.08 mm), and thermally stable shielding layer. It delivers 80–90 dB attenuation across frequencies from 10 kHz to 30 GHz — verified for blocking >99% of RF signals emitted by smartphones, WiFi access points, Bluetooth headsets, GPS trackers, and smart utility meters. Its surface resistance of 0.05 Ohm/sq ensures rapid dissipation of induced currents, supporting effective grounding and electrostatic control. Suitable for temperatures ranging from 4°C to 85°C, it remains dimensionally stable and electrically consistent in UK residential settings. Applications include lining garments for wearable shielding, constructing RFID-blocking wallets, wrapping electronic keys, and building custom enclosures for routers, baby monitors, or smart home hubs.
