Contour-Conforming Denture Adhesive

This denture adhesive comes in solid, reusable-bead form made from thermoplastic polymer. When immersed in hot water, the bead dissolves into a pliable, transparent gel that cools quickly and retains malleability for ~5–10 seconds—enough time to press and adapt it precisely to denture surfaces or tooth contours. Final set occurs at ambient oral temperature (37°C), forming a flexible yet durable bond. Each unit is pre-measured (~0.8 g), ensuring consistent dosage and eliminating waste. Material is inert once cooled, non-toxic, and compatible with acrylic, metal, and porcelain denture bases. Not intended for permanent bonding or deep cavity repair—strictly for temporary stabilization and comfort enhancement pending clinical evaluation.
