Constant Current LED Driver 10-28V To 165V

A compact, high-efficiency constant current driver board for repairing or upgrading LED backlights in 10–65 inch LCD TVs. Measures approx. 110 × 50 mm (4.33 × 1.97 in); PCB features green base with black/yellow marking; supplied as one bare board (no packaging or accessories). Input: 10–28V DC; output: 5–165V DC, enabled by a 1:7.5 boost architecture (e.g., 12V input → 80V output; 24V → 160V). LED current preset at 248mA, user-adjustable to 600mA using an onboard solder short. Maximum continuous output power: 40W. Efficiency optimised for 85°C operating temperature; thermal rise measured at +30°C above 40°C ambient. Dimming operates in reverse mode: ADJ pin grounded = full brightness; 0–3V applied = proportional dimming (0V = max, ≥2.2V = very low, ≥3V = output off). EN pin must be grounded when unused — floating EN may trigger unstable boot behaviour. Terminals are clearly marked: VCC, GND, EN, ADJ for input; LED+ and LED− for output connection.
