Conductive Graphite Foil For Electronics Cooling

Precision-engineered graphite foil sized at 0.1 mm × 500 mm × 2000 mm, fabricated from high-purity graphite with controlled grain orientation. Provides in-plane thermal conductivity up to 1600 W/(m·K), equivalent to 2–4× copper and 3–6× aluminium. Thermal resistance is 40% lower than aluminium and 20% lower than copper. Its layered microstructure enables consistent two-axis heat conduction and excellent adaptability to surface irregularities. Despite minimal thickness, it spreads heat efficiently without impeding vertical heat flow — functioning purely as a lateral conductor. Compatible with a broad range of electronic devices: smartphones, tablets, laptops, digital and video cameras, base stations, optical transceivers, LED lighting systems and semiconductor processing equipment.
