Manufactured from durable, food-safe PP plastic — compliant with EU food contact regulations and suitable for cold and warm dough handling. Purpose-built for home preparation of baozi, jiaozi, ravioli and pastry pockets. The mould operates via intuitive mechanical action: after placing filled dough into the concave cavity, pulling the lower die initiates controlled compression, and upward pressure on the base unlocks the halves cleanly.
