The JF-21 Splinter is a metal guitar effects pedal that combines fuzz and distortion characteristics for straightforward tone shaping. It offers adjustable control knobs and interchangeable operational amplifier slots for direct signal modification. 1. Equipped with three physical controls labeled DISTORTION, FILTER, and VOLUME alongside selectable STOCK and MOSFET clipping circuits. 2. Supports user installation of alternative audio op-amps to replace the factory OP07DP chip for different clipping behaviors. 3. Measures 120 millimeters in length, 97 millimeters in width, and 55 millimeters in height with 1/4 inch mono jacks for guitar input and amplifier output. 4. Operates at 20mA using a 6F22 9V battery or a 9V DC power adapter that automatically disconnects the battery when an external power source is plugged in.
