Usage Instructions Timing Button Operation Press the left button: the left clock stops timing and the right clock starts timing. Press the right button: the right clock stops timing and the left clock starts timing. When both buttons are pressed simultaneously to the halfway position (i.e., both buttons at the same horizontal level), both clocks are in the stopped timing state. Second Hand Zero Adjustment By alternately operating both buttons, the second hands of the two clocks can be adjusted in turn to the 12 o'clock position (zero). Following the direction indicated on the back of the clock, use the needle hole to move the hour and minute hands to the 12 o'clock position. When timing, the zero position of the hands helps to distinguish hand movement for whole-point judgement. Push the "small red flag" upwards to the right until it reaches the 12 o'clock position. The instant the "small red flag" falls freely is the reference point for aligning the zero position.
