CCS811 HDC1080 Air Quality Module

This dedicated air quality sensor module integrates the CCS811 digital gas sensor and HDC1080 precision humidity/temperature sensor onto one compact board. It provides continuous, processed outputs for carbon dioxide (CO2), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), ambient temperature, and relative humidity — all from a single interface. The module features onboard signal processing, factory calibration, and 14-bit resolution for high-fidelity environmental readings. Its physical footprint is only 15 mm × 21 mm, and it is enclosed in an ABS housing designed for mechanical resilience and space-limited installations. Power efficiency is optimised with 100 nA sleep current across a wide operating voltage range. HDC1080 contributes ±2% RH and ±0.2°C accuracy, while the CCS811 handles CO2 and TVOC estimation with minimal host MCU overhead. Package includes one sensor module and one straight pin header for direct mounting or breadboard use.
