Brushed DC Motor Controller 6-60V Encoder

This compact motor controller (96 × 61 × 34 mm, 105 g) is designed for embedded installation with a 92 × 56 mm panel cutout. It accepts DC input voltage from 6V to 60V — always matched to the motor’s rated voltage — and regulates brushed DC motors using PWM-based current control. Output handles up to 30A peak and 20A continuously, with linear output voltage under load. Speed is adjusted via a durable 360° digital encoder knob, showing real-time position as a percentage (0–100%) on the integrated digital display. Wiring uses secure fence-type screw terminals. Six configurable functions are accessible via the encoder knob: Function 1 sets slow-start duration (0–10 s); Function 2 sets slow-stop duration (0–10 s); Function 3 defines minimum speed (0–80%); Function 4 sets maximum speed (0–100%); Function 5 selects acceleration/deceleration step size (1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25% per rotation); Function 6 adjusts PWM frequency (1–100 kHz, default 15 kHz). All settings persist through power cycles. Used in precision motion applications such as automated test rigs, CNC auxiliary drives, packaging machinery, educational robotics platforms, and custom-built electric actuators — wherever predictable torque delivery, programmable limits, and tactile feedback matter more than simple on/off switching.
